50例尿毒症临床观察

【摘  要】目的：中医分期辨证论治配合血液透析治疗的疗效。方法：中医分期辨证治疗、标准血液透析和常规西药治疗50例，并以标准血液透析和常规西药治疗50例作对照；观察用药前后症状、体征、实验室指标、生活质量等。结果：症状、体征、人血白蛋白和血红蛋白升高等方面明显优于对照组，血BUN、SCr下降等方面改变不明显。结论：中药具有提高血液透析患者生存质量、减少并发症、保护残存肾功能的作用。

【Abstract】Objective:Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation stage with effect hemodialysis.Methods:TCM Differential Treatment of stage,standard blood dialysis and conventional Western medicine treatment of 50 cases,and standard blood dialysis and conventional western medicine 50 cases as control;before and after medication symptoms,signs,laboratory parameters,quality of life. Results:Symptoms,signs,human serum albumin and hemoglobin increased so much better than the control group, blood BUN,SCr and other aspects of change is not obvious decline.Conclusion:Chinese medicine have improved the quality of life in hemodialysis patients,reduce complications and protect the remaining kidney function.
