中医补肾健脾生血法治疗贫血临床价值评析

【摘  要】目的：探讨中医补肾健脾生血法用于治疗贫血的临床价值。方法：收集我院收治的贫血患者124例，随机平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组予以常规综合治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用中医补肾健脾生血组方进行治疗，对比两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的治愈率以及治疗总有效率均较对照组显著提高。结论：中医补肾健脾生血法用于治疗贫血，能够显著改善患者的临床症状与贫血指标，无明显不良反应，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the TCM Bushen Jianpi hemogenesis method for clinical value for the treatment of anemia. Methods: 124 patients with anemia were collected from our hospital patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment, the observation group in the control group with traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Jianpi Shengxue prescription treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: the cure rate in the observation group, the total efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than the control group increased. Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine of Tonifying the kidney and the spleen method for the treatment of anemia, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with anemia index, no obvious side effects, it is worthy of popularization and application.
