【摘 要】肾为先天之本，中医五脏一体整体观念的重要组成部分。肾与血有着密切的联系，虽现行中医类教材中鲜有记载，但肾与血的关系自古就有论述。笔者就肾与血的生理关系、病理关系和辨证论治三个方面进行论述。

【Abstract】kidney isthe birth of the country,one of the five organs of TCM overall concept. Kidneysand blood are closely linked, although the current TCM class textbooks rarelydocumented,but the relationship between the kidney and blood was scripted sinceancient times. The author discussed the relationship between the kidney andblood physiology,pathology and diagnosis and treatment of the three aspects ofthe relationship.
