中医辨证治疗小儿变应性鼻炎和哮喘

【摘  要】目的：分析中医辨证治疗小儿变应性鼻炎和哮喘的临床效果。方法：选取我院收治的变应性鼻炎和哮喘患儿76例，随机分为两组，每组各38例，对照组采用常规治疗方法，观察组患儿采用中医辨证治疗，观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组和对照组患儿治疗总有效率分别为94.7%、76.3%，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，组间疗效比较具有明显差异，P＜0.05。结论：中医治疗对小儿变应性鼻炎和哮喘具有较好的疗效，可在临床治疗中推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze TCM syndromedifferentiation in treating allergic rhinitis and asthma.Methods:76 cases wererandomly divided into two groups,control group 38 cases with conventionaltreatment,the observation group in TCM syndrome differentiation.Results:theobservation group with total effective rate were 94.7%,the control group withtotal effective rate were 76.3%,total effective observation group was obviouslyhigher, with obvious difference between groups,(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM treatment for children with allergicrhinitis and asthma was more suitable,and worthy of clinical promotion.
