中药柴贝止痫汤治疗痰气郁结型癫痫的疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：观察中医辨证为痰气郁结型癫痫患者经柴贝止痫汤治疗的效果，为今后临床治疗提供参考。方法：选取2012年10月—2014年12月期间门诊收入的68例癫痫（痰气郁结型）患者为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为观察组和常规组，两组各34例。常规组患者均予以常规西医治疗，观察组在常规组基础上加中药柴贝止痫汤。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗完成后，观察组总有效率为82.4%，常规组为52.9%；组间总有效相比，P＜0.01；组间脑电图情况比较，P＜0.05；均有统计学意义。患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论：痰气郁结型癫痫予以中药柴贝止痫汤具有较好疗效，明显能提高临床有效率，不良反应轻微，值得在今后进一步研究、应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe efficacy if TCMChaibei Zhixian decoction on epilepsy. Methods: October 2012 - December 2014 68cases of epilepsy (phlegm stagnation) outpatient were divided into two groupsand regular group, two groups of 34 cases. General patients were treated withroutine Western medicine treatment, observation group was given TCM medicinemore . Therapeutic effects were compared. Results: After treatment iscompleted, in the observation group total efficiency was 82.4%, 52.9% for theconventional group; the efficiency were compared between the two groups, P <0.01; EEG situation between thetwo groups, P <0.05; statisticallysignificant. No patient experienced serious adverse reactions. Conclusion:Epilepsy with the phlegm stagnation treated with Chaibei Zhixian decoction havea good effect, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, adversereactions are mild.
