中医辨证治疗手术后肠粘连临床分析

【摘  要】目的：研究中医辨证治疗手术后肠粘连的临床药方，观察并分析临床疗效。方法：本次研究病例，我们从近年来即2013年2月—2014年11月接受诊断、治疗的腹部手术后肠粘连患者，为60例。根据中医理论，我们将这60例患者分成了五组证候，即肠道湿热型10例，脾胃虚弱型14例，寒湿困脾型14例，气阴两虚型12例和气滞血瘀型10例。根据证候给予针对性的药方治疗，收集60例肠粘连患者的临床资料，从临床症状改善情况和复发例数分析治疗效果。结果：60例肠粘连患者中痊愈者33例，有效者26例，无效者1例，整体有效率是98.3%，随访1年发现无1例患者出现复发现象。结论：对术后肠粘连患者采取中医辨证治疗具有针对性，临床效果显著，预后较为理想。

【Abstract】Objective:Tostudy the clinical prescription for intestinal adhesion after operation,observe and analyze clinical efficacy. Methods: 60 cases, according to the TCMtheory, were divided into five groups of symptoms, namely, 10 cases of ChangdaoShire, 14 cases of Piwei Xuruo, 14 cases of Hanshi Kunpi, 12 cases of QiyinLiangxu and 10 cases of Qizhi Xueyu. Results: 60 patients with intestinaladhesions were recovered in 33 patients, 26 cases effective, invalid in 1 case,the efficiency is 98.3%;1 year follow-up found none of the patients withrecurrent phenomenon. Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation was better atintestinal adhesion.
