【摘  要】目的：探究在治疗脾胃湿热型痞满证的过程中，不同剂型的黄连温胆汤的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年3月—2015年3月间，随机将在我院确诊为脾胃湿热型痞满证的60例患者分为对照组与治疗组。对照组通过黄连温胆汤的中药颗粒剂进行治疗，治疗组则通过黄连温胆汤的中药饮片进行治疗。结果：治疗组中患者的疗效总有效率为93.3%（28例），与对照组中的90.0%（27例）相比，差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：不同剂型的黄连温胆汤对治疗脾胃湿热型痞满证，均有显著的临床疗效。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical curativeeffect of different dosage forms of Huanglian Wendan Decoction on epigastrricfullness with heat and dampness in spleen and stomach syndrome. Methods: 60patients diagnosed as epigastrric fullness with heat and dampness in spleen andstomach syndrome in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomlydivided into control group and treatment group. The control group was givengranules of Huanglian Wendan Decoction and the treatment group was given herbalpieces of Huanglian Wendan Decoction. Results: The total effective rate of thetreatment group was the 93.3% and the control group was 90%. There was nostatistically significant difference between the total effective rate of thetwo groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Both the two dosage forms ofHuanglian Wendan Decoction had significant clinical curative effect onepigastrric fullness with heat and dampness in spleen and stomach syndrome.
