【摘  要】目的：探究心血管神经症患者采取中医辨证治疗的医学效果，讨论中医辨证疗法的用药依据，以提高我院医疗水平。方法：选择我院收治的50例心血管神经症患者，按照给药方式的不同分成对照组和中医组，各是25例。对照组采用西药治疗，中医组则接受中医辨证疗法，收集患者治疗资料，从总体治疗有效率和治疗起效时间对本次治疗效果进行比较。结果：中医组患者的整体有效率是96.0%（24/25），平均起效时间是（6.5±2.6）d，对照组患者的整体有效率是68.0%（17/25），平均起效时间是（12.3±5.5）d。组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医辨证疗法的起效时间比较短，心血管神经症患者的整体有效率较高，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the medical effect of TCMtreatment based on syndrome differentiation for patients with cardiovascularneurosis and discuss the basis of TCM differentiation and treatment, so as toimprove the medical level of our hospital. Methods: 50 patients withcardiovascular neurosis in our hospital were divided into control group and TCMgroup according to the way of drug delivery, with 25 cases in each Group. Thecontrol group was treated with western medicine, while the TCM group receivedthe treatment of TCM. According to The treatment data of the patients, the totaleffective rate and the onset time of the two groups were compared. Results: Thetotal effective rate of the TCM group was 96.0% (24 / 25) and the the averageonset time was（6.5±2.6）d. The effective rate of the control group was68.0% (17 / 25) and the the average onset time is （12.3±5.5）d..There were statistically significantdifferences (P<0.05) between the twogroups. Conclusion: The onset time of TCM treatment based on syndromedifferentiation is relatively short and the total effective rate of it on patientswith cardiovascular neurosis is higher, so it can be promoted.
