非酒精性脂肪性肝病中医证候及临床特点分析

【摘  要】目的：分析非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的中医证候和临床特点。方法：选自2012年1月—2014年12月，在我院治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的患者100例，分析其中医证候，并观察其临床特点。结果：乏力占89.0%，善太息占72.0%，口干口苦占82.0%，胁肋胀痛占42.0%，肢困占29.0%，恶心占50.0%，失眠占57.0%，食欲不振占70.0%，大便干结占51.0%，口黏腻占54.0%，尿黄占52.0%，大便稀溏占56.0%，烦躁易怒占44.0%，脘腹痞闷占52.0%，腰膝酸软占50.0%，形体肥胖占80.0%,舌质暗淡占15.0%，舌质暗红占32.0%，舌有瘀斑占12.0%，舌有齿痕占16.0%，舌质淡红占27.0%，苔薄白占22.0%，苔黄腻占48.0%，苔白腻占31.0%。结论：通过分析非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的中医证候和临床特点，能够为临床诊断和治疗患者提供有效的参考依据。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the clinicalcharacteristics TCM syndromes of nonalcoholic fatty liver. Methods: 100patients with non alcoholic fatty liver disease were analyzed. Result: Tired, accountedfor 89.0%; Shantaixi, accounted for 72.0%; Dry and bitter mouth,  accounted for 82.00%; Rid pain, accounted for42.0%; Weak limb, accounted for 29.0%; Nausea, take 50.0%; Insominia take 57.0%,appetite weak accounted for 70%, stool dry accounted for 51%, mouth stickygreasy accounted for 54%, urine yellow accounted for 52%, stool dilute pondaccounted for 56%, upset easy anger accounted for 44%, abdominal ruffian stuffyaccounted for 52%, weak waist knee limp accounted for 50%, obesity accountedfor 80%, tongue dark accounted for 15%, tongue dark red accounted for 32%,Tongue petechiae, 12%, tongue with tooth marks 16%, 27% tongue pink; thin,white tongue coating 22%; yellow greasy Moss, 48%; sick of white fur 31%.Conclusion: With TCM syndromes and clinical characteristics of nonalcoholicfatty liver, effective reference can be provided for clinical diagnosis andtreatment.
