【摘  要】目的:探讨冠心病合并血脂异常治疗中瓜蒌薤白白酒汤加味的应用效果。方法:20121—201412月在我院接受治疗的冠心病合并血脂异常患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(43例,给予常规治疗)和观察组(43例,常规治疗基础上加用瓜蒌薤白白酒汤加味),比较两组临床疗效及血脂水平变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为93.0%40/43)高于对照组为74.4%32/43),两组患者血脂水平各项指标均较治疗前有所改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:冠心病合并血脂异常治疗中在常规治疗基础上加用瓜蒌薤白白酒汤加味可有效提高治疗效果,改善患者血脂异常情况,值得临床推广应用。

AbstractObjective:To explore theapplication effect of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction in the treatment ofcoronary heart disease with dyslipidemia. Methods: 86 cases with coronary heartdisease with dyslipidemia from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospitalwere randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 43 casesin each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment, while theobservation group was provided conventional treatment based on the use ofGualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction,. The clinical curative effect and the changesof blood lipid level were compared between the two groups. Results: After thetreatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.0% (40/43)higher than that of the control group was 74.4% (32 / 43).The blood lipid levelindicators improvement of the observation group were better than those of thecontrol group, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Gualou XiebaiBaijiu Decoction can effectively improve the treatment effect on coronary heartdisease patients with dyslipidemia and improve abnormal blood lipid, which isworthy of promotion and application.
