【摘  要】目的：观察加减柴胡疏肝散治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：对50例辨证分型为肝胃不和证的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用加减柴胡疏肝散治疗。结果：治疗后临床疗效有效率为92.0%。结论：柴胡疏肝散以疏肝和胃为指导思想，以辨证论治为特点，发挥整体调节作用，疗效显著，体现中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的特点和优势，是治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效方剂。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacyof Chaihu Shugan San on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods:50 cases of chronicatrophic gastritis took part in the treatment. Results: the clinical efficacywas 92.0% after treatment. Conclusion: Chaihu Shugan San can benifit the stomachas the guiding ideology, based on syndrome differentiation characteristics, playan overall adjusting role for chronic atrophy gastritis, with better clinicalefficacy.
