中药汤剂当用生半夏

【摘  要】生半夏有毒，入丸散剂必须经适当方法炮制。经现代药理研究；生半夏的毒性成分不耐热，不溶或难溶于水，因此生半夏入汤剂不必炮制；且有些炮制方法繁琐复杂，费工费力，并带来明显副作用。因此，中医药临床工作者入汤剂可大胆使用生半夏，且安全无毒，疗效卓著。

【Abstract】ToxicBanxia powder into pills must be concocted by appropriate means. By modernpharmacological studies; raw Pinellia toxic constituents are notheat-resistant, insoluble or poorly soluble in decoction and therefore do nothave concocted Pinellia into the decoction; and some processing methodscumbersome and complex, and labor effort, and bring significant side effects.Therefore,raw Banxia into the decoction should be applied,safe and non-toxic, withremarkable efficacy.
