于作盈教授自拟养心汤方治疗冠心病经验

【摘  要】目的：探讨于作盈教授运用养心汤方治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床经验。方法：通过对冠心病病因病机的认识及对养心汤方治疗原则，药物组成及方解的分析，说明养心汤方治疗冠心病的机制，并通过临床验案进一步说明养心汤方比较传统西医治疗方法的疗效优势。结果：养心汤方疗效确切。结论：于作盈教授自拟养心汤方加减治疗冠心病，可取得良好的临床疗效。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the clinical experience of Professor YU Zuo-ying in thetreatment of coronary disease by self-made Yangxin Decoction. Methods: Throughthe understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD) and the principle of Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of, the drugcomposition and calcite analysis, Yangxin Decoction in the treatment ofcoronary heart disease and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine, and theclinical test case to further illustrate the efficacy advantage of YangxinDecoction in comparison to the traditional and Western medicine treatment. Results:Yangxin Decoction has accurate effect. Conclusion: Self-made Yangxin Decoctionfrom Professor YU Zuo-ying has satisfactory clinical effect on coronarydisease.
