麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗老年人湿疹疗效评价

【摘  要】目的：探讨麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗老年人湿疹的疗效，旨在提供最佳治疗模式。方法：选取2013年1月—2014年6月在我院就诊老年湿疹患者83例作为研究对象，按照治疗方法不同分为治疗组（41例）和对照组（42例），观察并比较两组治疗后的治疗效果和症状得分。结果：治疗组的治愈和显效人数均高于对照组，并且治疗组的治疗有效率高达87.8%(36/41)，明显高于对照组的76.2%（32/42），且差异具有统计学意义（Z=2.009，P=0.04）。治疗前两组的症候得分相当，差异无统计学意义，而治疗后两组的证候得分均显著降低，并且治疗组的得分显著低于对照组（t=-3.91，P＜0.001）。结论：对老年湿疹患者给予麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗，能明显改善患者的临床症状，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoctionon elderly patients with eczema. Methods: 83 elderly patients with eczema asresearch subjects, were divided into the treatment group (41 cases) and controlgroup (42 cases).Results: Clinical efficacy in the treatment groups up to 87.8%(36/41), significantly were markedly higher than the 76.2% (32/42), and thedifference was statistically significant (Z=2.009, P = 0.04). Symptom scores before treatment, without difference, butthe after treatment the treatment group got significantly lower symptom scoresthan control group (t= -3.91, P<0.001). Conclusion: Eczema in elderlypatients with the Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction can significantlyimprove the clinical symptoms, worthy of clinical application.
