【摘要】淤积性皮炎是下肢静脉曲张引起的皮肤营养代谢障碍性疾病。庞鹤教授根据传统中医理论并结合自身多年临床经验，认为血虚风燥、湿浊毒蕴是该病的共同病机，其病性属本虚标实、因虚而实，表现为虚实夹杂。辨证上主张脏腑气血与局部辨证相结合；主要分为湿热毒蕴证、瘀热毒蕴证、寒闭热郁证、阴虚血燥证。治疗中重视调节脏腑功能、调和气血、扶正祛邪并重。

【Abstract】Stasis dermatitis is the metabolic disorder on skin nutrition causedby varicose veins of lower extremities. Based on TCM theories combined withclinical practice, Professor PANG He takes the view that blood deficiency andwind dryness and dampness turbid is common of the pathogenesis of the disease.This disease has asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality and theexcession due to the deficiency with combined deficiency and excess symptoms.It can be treated based on differentiation of zang-fu and Qi, blood integratedwith local differentiation. This disease can be divided into 4 types includingheat-dampness pattern, heat stasis pattern, coldness with heat depressionpattern and Yin deficiency and blood heat pattern which is treated byregulating organic functions, Qi and blood and strengthening the bodyresistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.
