银丹心脑通胶囊对老年冠心病心绞痛患者

【摘  要】目的：探讨银丹心脑通对老年冠心病心绞痛患者血脂及疗效的影响。方法：选择91例老年冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组（46例）和对照组（45例），对照组患者均给予常规西药治疗，治疗组患者在此基础上给予银丹心脑通治疗，4粒/次，3次/d，疗程均为8周，检测治疗前后两组患者血脂指标并进行疗效判定。结果：治疗组患者治疗总有效率（43例，93.5%）高于对照组（35例，77.8%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C水平均有明显改善，并且治疗组患者TC、TG和LDL-C水平低于对照组，HDL-C水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：银丹心脑通胶囊可有效降低老年冠心病心绞痛患者血脂水平，提高治疗效果。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of blood lipid and curative effect on elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and angina pectoris Yindanxinnaotong. Methods: 91 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients as the research object, were randomly divided into treatment group (46 cases) and control group (45 cases), patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment, the patients in the treatment group based on the given Yindan treatment, 4 capsules each time, 3 times a day, a course of 8 weeks and tested before and after treatment in the two groups of patients with blood lipid index and to judge the curative effect. Results: The total efficiency of treatment group (43 cases, 93.5%) higher than that of the control group (35 cases), 77.8%), the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); two groups of patients with TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were significantly improved after treatment, and the treatment group TC, TG and LDL-C levels lower than that of the control group and HDL-C levels higher than control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yindanxinnaotong capsule can effectively reduce blood lipid levels in elderly patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, improve the therapeutic effect.
