中西医结合护理子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床观察

【摘  要】目的：观察中西医结合护理子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效，以期为临床应用提供依据。方法：本研究将100例子宫内膜异位症痛经患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组患者给予中西医结合护理，对照组患者给予妇科常规护理。护理1个月后，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的显效率为78.0%，总有效率为94.0%；而对照组患者的显效率为50.0%，总有效率为80.0%，观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论：治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经时，采用中西医结合护理的方法，可以显著提高临床疗效，值得在临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese andwesternmedicine nursingonEndometriosis dysmenorrhea in order to provide a basisfor clinical application. Methods: 100 cases with uterine dysmenorrhea weredivided randomly into an observationgroupand acontrol group,50 patientsineachgroup.Theobservation groupwas treated with integrated Chinese and western medicinenursing, whilethecontrol group was treated with routine gynecological care.After 1 month, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results:Theexcellent effective rateof the observation group was 78.0% and the totaleffectiverate was94.0%, whilethose of the control group were respectively50%and 80.0%. The clinical efficacyof the observation group was significantlybetter than that of the control group andthe differencewas statisticallysignificant. Conclusion: Integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing canobviously improve the clinical efficacyin the treatment of endometriosisdysmenorrhea, whichcan be promotedto use in clinical practice.
