针灸配合关节松动手法治疗肩周炎41例临床观察

【摘  要】目的：对针灸配合关节松动手法治疗肩周炎的效果进行分析探讨。方法：将我院2014年1月—2015年2月收治的82例肩周炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组41例患者行关节松动术治疗，观察组41例患者在关节松动术治疗的基础上加用针灸治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组的治疗有效率为97.6%，对照组的治疗有效率为80.5%，观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：对肩周炎患者采用针灸配合关节松动手法治疗可有效提高疗效，促进患者肩关节功能的恢复，缓解患者疼痛，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze and explore the effectof acupuncture and joint mobilization on periathritis of shoulder. Methods: 82cases of periathritis of shoulder patients treated in our hospital from January2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observationgroup. 41 cases in the control group were treated with joint mobilization. 41cases in the observation group, on basis of the observation group, were treatedwith acupuncture. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 97.6% and the control group was80.5%. The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higherthan that of the control group, P＜0.05. The difference was statisticallysignificant. Conclusion: Treating patients with periarthritis of shoulder caneffectively improve the curative effect, promote the patients to make arecovery and relieve the pain of the patients. It is worthy of clinicalpromotion.
