从痰湿论治妇科疾病理论探析

【摘 要】传统中医妇科论妇科病之病因病机，虚者多从气血不足、阴阳虚损论，实者多从气滞、寒凝、瘀血论，王国华教授对月经不调、闭经、不孕、癥瘕、带下、产后缺乳等妇科疾病从痰湿立论进行辨证施治，异病同治，每获良效,故对“从痰湿论治妇科疾病”这一理论进行探讨并整理总结。

【Abstract】As for the etiology of gynecology inTraditional Chinese Medicine,the deficiency was due to the deficiency of Qi andblood, Yin and Yang, while the excession was due to Qi stagnation,coldcoagulation and blood stasis. Professor WANG Guo-hua treated irregularmenstruation, amenorrhea, infertility, vaginal discharge, postpartumhypogalactia and gynecological diseases based on differentiation in phlegmdampness, different diseases with the same method, which reached a good effect.This paper discussed and summarized this theory treating gynecological diseasesin phlegm dampness.
