硝苯地平缓释片治疗的效果观察

【摘  要】目的：分析高血压通过硝苯地平控释片与硝苯地平缓释片治疗的效果。方法：研究我院在2014年5月—2015年5月收治的80例高血压患者，分为对照组和观察组各40例，其中对照组运用硝苯地平缓释片，观察组运用硝苯地平控释片，而后分析两组患者在治疗上的疗效与不良反应差异。结果：在治疗有效率上，观察组为95.0%，对照组为82.5%，P＜0.05；在不良反应率上，两组差异不明显，P＞0.05。结论：硝苯地平缓释片与控释片均可以保证高血压治疗的安全性，但是硝苯地平控释片可以达到更高的治疗效果，适用性更广。

【Abstract】Objective:Toanalyze effects of the nifediPine tablets on hypertension. Methods: 80 cases ofhypertension were divided into control group and observation group for 40 casesin each, the controls took slow-release tablets, the controlled-release tabletswas given to the observation group, and the efficacy and adverse reactions wererecorded. Results: The efficiency in observation group was 95% than 82.5%, P<0.05; adverse reactions were notsignificantly different, P>0.05. Conclusion:Nifedipine can guarantee the safety of the treatment of hypertension,but GITScan achieve higher therapeutic effects.
