自身抗体联合检测诊断系统性红斑狼疮的价值评述

【摘  要】目的：探讨联合检测多种自身抗体对系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的临床诊断价值。方法：收集SLE患者92例（SLE组）、其他自身免疫疾病患者120例（非SLE组）和健康体检者120例（对照组），采用免疫荧光法测定三组的抗Sm抗体、抗双链DNA抗体（dsDNA）及抗核小体抗体（AnuA），比较三组的抗体检出率。结果：抗Sm、dsDNA、AnuA对SLE患者的敏感性依次为22.2%、41.1%、32.2%，三项联合检测均后提高至62.2%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：抗Sm、dsDNA、AnuA均是诊断SLE的敏感性指标，三项联合检测可提高诊断敏感性与准确性。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of combined detection of autoantibodies in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE team) in the clinical diagnosis value. Methods: 92 patients with SLE (SLE group), 120 patients with other autoimmune diseases (non SLE group) and 120 cases of healthy subjects (control group), three groups of the determination of DNA antibody of anti Sm antibody, anti double stranded by immunofluorescence (dsDNA) and anti nucleosome antibody (AnuA), ratio of the positive rate of antibody were compared between the three groups. Results: the anti Sm, dsDNA, the sensitivity of AnuA in SLE patients were 22.2%, 41.1%, 32.2%, the combined detection of three items were increased to 62.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Anti Sm, dsDNA, AnuA is a sensitive index for the diagnosis of SLE, joint detection can improve the diagnostic sensitivity of three and accuracy.
