脑梗死中医综合治疗临床效果探讨

【摘  要】目的：分析和研究脑梗死中医综合治疗临床效果。方法：选取2013年2月—2015年4月脑梗死患者102例，将其按住院编号先后顺序随机分为观察组51例与对照组51例。对照组患者给予常规对症治疗；观察组患者在常规对症治疗基础上加用中医综合治疗，将两组患者治疗4周后疗效进行对比。结果：两组患者治疗4周后治疗有效率相比较，观察组高于对照组P＜0.05。两组患者治疗前、后神经功能缺损程度评分相比较，两组患者治疗前神经功能缺损程度评分无明显差异P＞0.05；观察组患者治疗4周后神经功能缺损程度评分明显低于对照组P＜0.05。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率相比较，两组无明显差异P＞0.05。结论：将中医综合治疗方法应用于脑梗死患者治疗中，其能够有效促进患者神经功能恢复，减轻机体残疾程度，对提高治疗效果及患者生活质量均具有重要作用。

【Abstract】Objective: Toanalyze and study the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditionalChinese medicine (TCM) on cerebral infarction. Methods: 102 patients withcerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 weredivided into observation group and control according to their the order oftheir hospital numbers. Each group had 51 cases. The control group was givenconventional symptomatic treatment. The observation, on the basis ofsymptomatic treatment, was added comprehensive therapy of TCM. After 4 weeks oftreatment, the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was higherthan that of the control group, P＜0.05. Before treatment, there was no significant difference betweenthe score of neurological function deficit scale of the two groups, P＞0.05. After treatment, thescore of neurological function deficit scale of the observation group wassignificantly lower than that of the control group, P＜0.05. For the adverse reactions during the treatment, there was nosignificant difference between the two groups, P＞0.05. Conclusion: In the treatment of cerebral infarction, thecomprehensive therapy of TCM can promote the recovery of the neurologicalfunction of patients and reduce the body disability level. It is important forthe improvements of curative effect and patients’ life quality.
