辨证取穴结合背俞穴贴敷法治疗中风临床分析

【摘  要】目的：探讨辨证取穴结合背俞穴贴敷法治疗中风临床应用效果。方法：选取我院于2014年1—12月收治的88例中风患者作为研究对象，探讨辨证取穴结合背俞穴贴敷法治疗中风临床应用效果，对照组给予背俞穴贴敷法治疗，研究组给予辨证取穴针刺法联合背俞穴贴敷法治疗。结果：研究组临床治疗总有效率高达90.9%，对照组临床治疗总有效率仅为77.3%（P＜0.05）。结论：对中风患者给予辨证取穴针刺法联合背俞穴贴敷法治疗可获得更为理想的临床疗效。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate effects of acupointsticking therapy on stroke in TCM differentiation. Methods:The control groupwas treated with acupoint sticking therapy, and the research group was treatedwith acupuncture plus acupoint sticking therapy. Results: The total efficiencywas 90.9% in the study group, and the total efficiency was 77.3% (P<0.05) in the control group. Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation for stroke by acupuncture plus acupoint stickingtherapy can obtain more ideal clinical efficacy.
