玉屏风散合苍耳子散治疗过敏性鼻炎60例临床观察

【摘  要】目的：观察玉屏风散合苍耳子散治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分成两组各60例、治疗组予玉屏风散合苍耳子散治疗，对照组予氯雷他定治疗，疗程均为4周。结果：总有效率治疗组为86.7%，对照组为66.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：玉屏风散合苍耳子散治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效优于氯雷他定组，且不良反应少。

【Abstract】 objective: Toobserve clinical efficacy of the Yupingfeng San and Cangerzi San on allergicrhinitis. Methods: 120 Patients were randomly divided into two groups, thetreatment group 60 cases took the Yupingfeng San and Cangerzi San, the controlgroup took loratadine treatment, for 4 weeks. Results: the total efficiency intreatment group was 86.7% better than 66.7% (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Yupingfeng San and Cangerzi San onallergic rhinitis curative is better than loratadine group with less adversereaction.
