【摘  要】李英杰主任医师为河北省首届名中医，不仅擅长治疗各种内科疾病，而且对痤疮有着独特的诊疗经验。李老认为此病责于肺、脾、胃、肝四脏。素体血热偏盛，是痤疮发病的根本；饮食不节、外邪侵袭、情志不畅是致病的条件；血瘀痰结使病情复杂深重。根据面部痤疮的发病部位进行脏腑经络辨证，按照药物归经来选择适当的方药进行治疗。

【Abstract】Director Li Yingjie, the first Chinese medicine doctor in Hebei Province, is not only good for the treatment of various internal diseases , but also has a unique experience in diagnosis and treatment of acne. Li Lao thinks that the disease is related to the lung, spleen, stomach and liver. heat partial is the fundamental pathogenesis;improper diet, exogenous evils invasion, poor emotional is pathogenic conditions; phlegm and blood stasis knot so complex and deep condition. According to the position of facial acne, the internal organs and meridians are in accordance with the syndrome differentiation, and according to the medicine to choose the appropriate prescription for treatment.
