差错管理在献血者个人信息和血袋信息录入过程中的应用

【摘  要】目的：分析差错管理在献血者个人信息和血袋信息录入过程中的应用。方法：抽选2012年11月—2013年10月我们血站献血人员9618例，回顾性分析血站工作人员对两组献血人员进行信息资料录入过程中发生的错误率；同时，将2013年11月—2014年10月实施差错管理后的献血人员10172例作为实验组，比对两组献血人员信息录入的错误发生率。结果：实验组人员错误发生率和对照组相比，差异明显，统计学意义突出（P＜0.05）。结论：根据献血者信息资料和血袋信息资料录入过程中出现的错误，给予针对性差错管理措施，可充分发挥差错管理相关作用，减少错误发生率，意义重大，值得推广。

【Abstract】Purpose：To analyze the application of error management indonor’s personal information and recording process of information on bloodbags.Methods:9618 cases of blood donors in our blood bank from November 2007 to October 2008were  selected as the object. Retrospectivelyanalyzed the error rate in the recording process of data entry of the donors ofthe two groups;Meanwhile, 10,172 donors from November 2008 to October 2009when error management was implemented were divided into the experimentalgroup,  The error rate in informationinput of the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the controlgroup, There was significant difference in the error rate of the experimentalgroup (P <0.05).Conclusion:According to the information of blood donors and blood bags error messageappears during data entry, giving specific error management measures can reducethe incidence of errors which is significant and worthy of promotion.
