【摘  要】目的：研究分析中西医结合治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法：选取2012年10月—2014年10月在我院收治的130例脑梗死患者，将所有患者随机分为两组各65例，对照组给予常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组基础上结合自拟活血化瘀汤加减治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的临床治疗有效率明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对于脑梗死患者采取中西医相结合治疗具有较高的临床应用价值，疗效确切，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the clinical effect of combinationof traditional Chinese and western medicine on cerebral infarction . Methods:130 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from October 2012 toOctober 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, with 65 cases in eachgroup. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.Theobservation group,on the basis of the control group, was given self-made Blood-activatingand Stasis-removing Decoction.The clinical effect of the two groups was comparativeLyanalyzed. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantlybetter than that of the control group and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: For the patients with cerebral infarction,the combination of traditionalChinese and western medicine has high clinical application value and itscurative effect is accurate. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
