【摘  要】目的：采用早期康复护理干预对于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的功能恢复影响。方法：选择我院收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者106例，随机分为观察组、对照组，比较分析两组临床效果。结果：观察组临床护理效果显著优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：早期康复护理干预应用于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者具有较高的临床效果，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: Theearly nursing rehabilitation interventions for stroke functional dysphagia.Methods: 106 cases of stroke dysphagia were randomly divided into two groups,the control group. Results: Clinical nursing effects was better than thecontrol group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing intervention canhelp stroke patients with dysphagia with high clinical efficacy.
