中药灌肠法治疗慢性肾衰竭的护理

【摘  要】目的：对中药灌肠法治疗慢性肾衰竭的护理措施进行探讨。方法：以2014年2月—2015年2月所接收的82例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象，按就诊前后顺序分成对照组与观察组，前者予以常规治疗，在其基础之上，对观察组予以中药灌肠加护理，然后对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察与比较。结果：观察组患者治疗的有效率（92.7%）与对照组患者（68.3%）相比较，存在明显差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对慢性肾衰竭患者予以中药灌肠法治疗，且配合相应的护理，疗效显著，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore and discuss the nursing measuresfor the treatment of chronic renal failure by the enema of Chinese herbalmedicine. Methods: 82 cases of chronic renal failure patients admitted by ourhospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were divided into control groupand observation group according to their visiting order. The control group wasgiven conventional treatment. The observation group, on the basis of thecontrol group, was given enema of Chinese herbal medicine and nursing. The curativeeffect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: There werestatistically significant differences (P<0.05)between the effective rate of the observation group (92.7%) and the controlgroup (68.3%). Conclusion: The curative effect of enema of Chinese herbal medicineand appropriate nursing on chronic renal failure is remarkable, so it is worthto be promoted in the clinical.
