补阳还五汤联合西药治疗120例血管性痴呆临床观察

【摘  要】目的：探讨血管性痴呆采用补阳还五汤联合西药治疗临床效果。方法：本次观察组共选择研究对象120例，均为我院2012年9月—2013年9月收治的血管性痴呆患者，采用补阳还五汤联合西药治疗，就临床效果与同期收治的同病种采用常规西药治疗的对照组100例患者进行比较。结果：观察组经统计示总有效率为79.2%（95/120），对照组为42.0%（42/100），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前MMSE评分、Barther评分无明显差异，疗后观察组明显改善，对照组无明显变化，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：血管性痴呆采用补阳还五汤联合西药治疗，可显著提高临床效果，改善日常生活能力及智力状况，进而提高患者生存质量。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the clincial effectof Buyang Huaiwu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of vasculardementia.Methods:120 cases were selected in the observation group, in ourhospital from September,2012 to September,2013 were treated with Buyang HuaiwuDecoction combined with western medicine,while 100 patients in the controlgroup were treated with western medicine.The effects were compared.Results:Itshowed that the total effective rate was 79.2%(95/120),42.0%(42/100)in thecontrol group.There was statistically significant difference between the twogroups (P<0.05).The two groupsbefore treatment MMSE score, there was no difference in Barther scores. Therewas no change in control group.There was statistically significant differencebetween the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huaiwu Decoction combined with western medicine has significant effecton vascular dementia which can improve the ability of daily life, mental statusand the quality of life.
