苦艾搽剂治疗慢性湿疹35例临床观察

【摘  要】目的：观察苦艾搽剂治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效。方法：将70例慢性湿疹患者随机分成治疗组与对照组，治疗组35例，予苦艾搽剂（苦参、黄柏、艾叶、白鲜皮、地肤子、蛇床子、当归、川芎）制成乳膏剂，每日外涂患处2次，用药1周为1个疗程。观察组35例，外用糠酸莫米松乳膏（商品名：艾洛松），每日外涂患处2次，用药1周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组35例中，治愈27例，有效5例，无效3例，总有效率91.4%，明显高于对照组。结论: 苦艾搽剂治疗慢性湿疹疗效显著。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the absinthe linimentfor chronic eczema. Methods: 70 patients with chronic eczema were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 35 with theabsinthe liniment (sophora, cortex phellodendri, folium artemisiae argyi,cortex dictamni, kochia scoparia, common cnidium fruit, radix angelicaesinensis, rhizoma ligustici wallichii) made from cream preparation. Observationgroup of 35 cases, external application of furoic acid betamethasone cream(trade name: ailuo is loose). Results: In the treatment group 35 patients, 27cases were cured, effective in 5 cases, 3 no effect, the total efficiency was91.43%, significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: Absintheliniment for chronic eczema is better.
