护理干预在糖尿病足患者中的应用

【摘要】目的：观察护理干预在糖尿病足患者中的应用效果。方法：选择我院收治的80例糖尿病足病患，随机分组，干预组和对照组各40例，两组在临床治疗后，对照组给予常规护理，干预组实施综合性护理干预，观察两组的疗效。结果：总有效率方面，干预组明显高于对照组，比较显示差异有统计学意义。结论：护理干预在糖尿病足患者中的应用，有助于提高治疗效果，值得借鉴。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the effect of nursingintervention in the nursing of patients with diabetic foot. Methods: 80 caseswith diabetic foot in our hospital were randomly divided into an interventiongroup and a control group. After treatment, the control group was given theconventional nursing, while the intervention group was given comprehensivenursing, and the effects of the two groups were observed. Results: For thetotal effective rate, the intervention group was significantly higher than thecontrol group with statistically significant differences. Conclusion: Theapplication of nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot hasadvantages to improve the therapeutic effect, which is worth learning from.
