电刺激加中药贴敷等外治法治疗

早期淤积性乳腺炎的体会

【摘  要】目的：为提高母乳喂养成功率，减少因乳汁淤积引发乳腺炎对母乳喂养的影响。方法：将100例淤积性乳腺炎早期患者作为实验组，使用PHENIX USB4进行电刺激加中药贴敷及电动吸奶器吸奶治疗，继续母乳喂养；同时随机抽取同期在外科使用抗生素加挤奶及普通理疗的同样类型的患者100例作为对照组，暂停母乳喂养。结果：实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论：使用电刺激加中药贴敷治疗早期淤积性乳腺炎疗程短，效果可靠，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: Toreduce early deposit mastitis for breastfeeding. Methods: 100 cases of earlydeposition were selected as experimental group, with the PHENIX USB4 for electricalstimulation to continue breastfeeding; Randomly chosen 100 cases as controlgroup with antibiotics and ordinary physical therapy, without breastfeeding.Results: in the treatment effect is better (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Electrical stimulation for earlydeposition mastitis showed short course and reliable effect, is worthpromoting.
