针药结合治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经病变临床分析

【摘  要】目的：探讨针药结合治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经病变的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年3月—2014年12月我院收治的2型糖尿病末梢神经病变患者80例，随机分成两组，每组40例，对照组采用控制血糖、营养神经及改善血液循环的常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用补阳还五汤结合针灸的针药治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：经治疗后，观察组的肢端疼痛症状、肢端麻木、手套以及袜套感及肌体无力或者肌肉萎缩症状明显好于对照组，观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论：对2型糖尿病末梢神经病变实施针药结合治疗，能够有效缓解患者的症状，提高治疗有效率，效果显著，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective: Toexplore clinical efficacy of acupuncture and TCM treatment on peripheral nervelesions in type 2 diabetes. Methods:80 cases of peripheral neuropathy wererandomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each; the control took theroutine treatment, the treatment group took acupuncture plus the Buyang Huanwudecoction. Results: after treatment, in the observation group, limb pain, limbnumbness, body weakness or muscle atrophy symptoms was significantly better,the total efficiency in observation group was significantly higher than thecontrol group (P＜0.05), withstatistical significance. Conclusion: Acupuncture and TCM medicine forperipheral neuropathy can effectively alleviate the symptoms, improveefficiency, worthy of promotion.
