【摘 要】目的:探讨中医养生教育护理干预在老年充血性心力衰竭患者中的效果。方法:入选的80例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医养生教育护理干预。观察两组生存质量和心功能改善情况。结果:观察组患者护理干预后的的左室射血分数高于对照组护理干预后的的左室射血分数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理干预后生理机能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感、精神健康方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医养生教育护理干预能够提高老年充血性心力衰竭患者生存质量,有助于改善患者心功能,效果显著。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the Chinese health education andnursing intervention in elderly patients withcongestive heart failure and theeffect of. Methods: a total of 80 patients with congestive heart failure wererandomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the controlgroup received routine nursing,the observation group the effect of nursingintervention on the health education of Chinese medicine. The two groups wereobserved and survival quality and the improvement of heart function. Results:the patients in the observation group after nursing intervention of leftventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the controlof leftventricular ejection fraction difference after nursing intervention group hadstatistical significance(P<0.05).Theobservation group after nursing intervention of physiological function,physiological function, body pain, general health, energy, social function,emotional function, mental health scores were higher than thegroup ofphysiological function, physiological function, body pain, general health, energy,social function,emotional function,mental health score was statisticallycontrolled, significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine health education and nursingintervention can improve the quality of life of elderly patients withcongestive heart failure, help to improve the heart function of patients, theeffect is remarkable.
