杜仲总黄酮体外抗乙肝病毒实验研究

【摘要】目的：探讨杜仲总黄酮体外抗乙肝病毒的临床疗效。方法：本文采用传染乙型肝炎病毒患者的人肝癌细胞作为研究对象，观察杜仲总黄酮外抗乙肝病毒的效果，为研究和开发杜仲总黄酮外抗乙肝病毒的药效成分提供理论依据。结果：杜仲总黄酮各剂量组和拉米夫定抑制率均高于空白对照组。杜仲总黄酮各剂量组以及拉米夫定的OD值均低于空白对照组；且杜仲总黄酮以及拉米夫定的抑制率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：杜仲总黄酮体外具有抗乙型肝炎病毒作用。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigatethe clinical efficacy of anti hepatitis B virus total flavonoids of Eucommiaulmoides in vitro. Methods: This paper by transfection of hepatitis B virus inpatients with hepatocellular carcinoma cell as the research object, the effectof anti hepatitis B virus total flavonoids of Eucommia ulmoides was observed inorder to provide a theoretical basis for the research. Results: The totalflavonoids of Eucommia ulmoides in each dose group and lamivudine inhibitionrate was higher than the control group. Eucommia ulmoides flavonoids in eachdosage group and lamivudine OD values were lower than the blank control group;and Eucommia ulmoides flavonoids and lamivudine inhibiting rate wassignificantly higher than that of the control group, the difference isstatistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Eucommia flavonoids in vitro has the function of anti hepatitis Bvirus.
