【摘 要】目的：评估舒肝解郁胶囊联合坦度螺酮治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：将患者随机分为治疗

组和对照组，治疗组应用舒肝解郁胶囊联合坦度螺酮治疗，对照组单独应用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗，疗程6 周。疗效评定采用汉密顿

抑郁量表（HAMD）和临床疗效总评量表（CGI），不良反应评定采用副反应量表（TESS）。结果：治疗结束后，舒肝解郁胶囊联

合坦度螺酮治疗组显效率为74.2%，单独应用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗组显效率为54.8％，两组间比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05），不良

反应少而轻。结论：舒肝解郁胶囊联合坦度螺酮治疗脑卒中后抑郁症，疗效肯定，能够显著改善患者的生活质量，适合临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of Shugan Jieyv Capsule combined withTandospirone on depression after cerebral apoplexy. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Thetreatment group was given Shugan Jieyv Capsule combined with Tandospirone and the control group was only given Shugan Jieyv Capsule.

The treatment course contained 6 weeks.The curative effect was evaluated by HAMD and CGI and the adverse reaction was evaluated by TESS.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 74.2% and the control group was 54.8%.The difference betweenthe two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The adverse reaction was less and small.Conclusion:Shugan Jieyv Capsule combined with Tandospirone had definite effect on depression after cerebral apoplexy. It can improve the life quality of the patients and is worthy of promotion.
