【摘  要】目的：观察用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加味治疗缺血性中风后失眠的疗效，探索安全、快捷的治疗途径。方法：将符合纳入标准的72例患者，随机分两组，观察组使用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加味和基础治疗，对照组采用艾司唑仑和基础治疗，分别观察其治疗效果等。结果：治疗组总有效率为94.4%，对照组总有效率为77.8%。两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤在缺血性中风后失眠的治疗作用优于对照组，疗效显著。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bupleurum Falcatum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction on insomnia after ischemic stroke. Methods: 72 patients complied with the Inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated by Bupleurum Falcatum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction and basic treatment. The control group was treated by estazolam and basic treatment. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results: The ttal effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4% and the control group was 77.8%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The difference between the curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05) .Conclusion: the curative effect of Bupleurum Falcatum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction was siginificant and it was better than that of the control group.
