补气活血方治疗慢性心功能不全118例疗效探讨

【摘  要】目的：探讨补气活血方治疗慢性心功能不全临床效果。方法：选取我院近年来收治慢性心功能不全患者118例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（59例）和中医组（59例）；分别采用西医常规对症支持治疗和在此基础上加用补气活血方治疗；比较两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后左心室功能指标水平等。结果：中医组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；中医组患者治疗后左心室功能指标水平均显著优于对照组、治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：补气活血方治疗慢性心功能不全可有效缓解临床症状体征，改善左心室功能，具有临床应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate clinical effects of Buqihuoxueprescription on chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods: 118 patients withchronic cardiac insufficiency were chosen in our hospital in recent years andrandomly divided into two groups including control group (59 patients) withconventional western medicine treatment alone and observation group (59patients) with Buqihuoxue prescription more than control group.Results: Theclinical effect in observation group were better than control group, and thedifferences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The levels of left ventricular functionindex after treatment in observation group were significantly better thancontrol group and before treatment（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: Buqi Huoxue prescription canefficiently improve clinical symptoms and left ventricular function.
