中西药湿敷创伤性湿疹样皮炎68例疗效比较

【摘  要】目的：比较自拟中药湿疡方剂与西药组湿敷治疗创伤性湿疹样皮炎疗效。方法：将68例创伤性湿疹样皮炎患者随机分两组各34例，治疗组采用自拟湿疡方（苦参、银花、紫草、雷公藤、煎汁去渣）冷湿敷患处，2次/d；对照组采用西药（生理盐水、庆大霉素、地塞米松）冷湿敷患处，2次/d。两组疗程均为1周。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）结论：自拟中药湿疡方冷湿敷治疗创伤性湿疡样皮炎疗效显著，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To compare the curative effect of Chinesemedicine prescriptions for wet sores and western medicine wet dressing on traumaticeczema-like dermatitis. Methods: 68 cases of traumatic eczema-like dermatitispatients were randomly divided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group. Thetreatment group was given wet sores prescription (sophora, honeysuckle, radixarnebiae seu lithospermi and tripterygium wilfordii). The medicine was decoctedto get juice and the dregs were removed. The prescription was wet dressed whenit was cold two times a day; The control group was given western medicine (normalsaline, gentamicin and dexamethasone ) wet dressing coldly 2 times a day. Thetreatment course of the two groups was one week. Results: The total effectiverate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group and thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of cold wet depressing of self-made Chinesemedicine wet sores prescription on traumatic eczema-like dermatitis issatisfied, so it has  clinicalapplication and promotion value.
