中医及中西医结合方案治疗IgA肾病的疗效分析

【摘  要】目的：探讨中医及中西医结合方案治疗IgA肾病的临床效果。方法：选取2012年2月—2015年2月在我院治疗的86例IgA肾病患者作为研究对象，将全部患者随机分为观察（43例）与对照组（43例）。观察组患者采用中西医结合方案实施治疗措施，对照组患者采用常规中医方案实施治疗措施，最后比较两组IgA肾病患者使用不同方法治疗后的临床效果。结果：结果显示，观察组患者的临床治疗效果显著高于对照组患者（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：对于IgA肾病患者的治疗，采用中西医结合方案实施治疗措施，能有效地改善患者的临床症状，减少患者并发症的发生，起到提高患者治疗效果的目的。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinicaleffect of TCM and integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of IgAnephropathy.Methods:86 patients with IGA nephropathy from February 2012 toFebruary 2015,were randomly divided into an observation group (43 cases) and a controlgroup (43 cases).The observation group patients by combination of Chinese andWestern medicine treatment measures, control group patients use conventionalmedicine programs implement treatment measures, IgA nephropathy patients in thelast two groups were compared using different methods in the treatment of theclinical effect. Results: According to the test results,two groups of patientswith IgA nephropathy with different treatment methods, the clinical effect ofthe observation group was significantly high than that of the control group (P<0.05),with statisticalsignificance.Conclusion:Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine caneffectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence ofcomplications of patients and promote the treatment effect in the treatment ofIgA nephropathy.
