中药外洗配合间歇性血液滤过治疗

尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床探讨

【摘  要】目的：探讨中药外洗配合间歇性血液滤过治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法：选择2012年6月—2013年6月进入我院的尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者100例，随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例，对照组采用常规治疗基础上进行间歇性血液滤过治疗，治疗组采用间歇性血液滤过治疗后再使用中药外洗治疗，1个疗程后，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：1个疗程后，治疗组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者，两组数据显著差异，具有统计学意义，P＜0.05，且没有不良反应。结论：中药外洗配合间歇性血液滤过能够有效缓解尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的症状，帮助患者早日恢复健康。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinicalcurative effect of external washing by Chinese medicine and intermittenthemofiltration on uremic pruritus. Methods: 100 patients with uremic pruritus inour hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into controlgroup and treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group, onbasis of conventional treatment, was given intermittent hemofiltration. Thetreatment group, after intermittent hemofiltration, was given external washingby Chinese medicine. After a course of treatment, the clinical curative effectsof the two groups were compared. Results: After a course of treatment, theclinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of thecontrol group and the difference was statistically significant, P＜0.05. Therewere no adverse reactions. Conclusion: The external washing by Chinese medicineand intermittent hemofiltration can effectively relieve the itchy skin symptomsof uremia patients and help the patients recover soon.
