中医护理在针刺治疗脑卒中的临床应用

【摘  要】目的：观察中医护理在针刺治疗脑卒中的临床疗效。方法：将我科自2014年1月—2014年12月住院的258例脑卒中患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在常规药物治疗及针刺治疗的基础上积极发挥中医护理优势；对照组给予常规药物治疗及针刺治疗。观察两组治疗2个疗程后临床疗效，并进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组130例，总有效率97.2%；对照组128例，总有效率89.5%，两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05），提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：中医护理在针刺治疗脑卒中作用显著，明显优于单纯药物及针刺治疗。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical efficacyof acupuncture in the treatment of stroke in Traditional Chinese Medicinenursing. Methods: 258 cases with stroke from January, 2014 to December, 2014 inour hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Thetreatment group was treated with conventional medicines on the basis ofacupuncture in order to play the advantages of TCM nursing,while the controlgroup was treated with conventional medicines and acupuncture. The efficacy ofthe two treatment periods were observed and statistically analyzed.Results: Thetotal effective rate was 97.2% of the treatment group with 130 cases,while that was 89.5% of the control group with 128 cases, and the two groupshad statistical significance（P＜0.05）, whichmeans the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: TCM nursing has significant effecton the stroke treatment,obviously better than the effect of simple medicine andacupuncture.
