红花清肝十三味治疗糖尿病合并脂肪肝的疗效研究

【摘  要】目的：探讨红花清肝十三味丸治疗糖尿病合并脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：选取我院接收治疗的60例糖尿病合并脂肪肝患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组患者采用控制饮食及餐后运动，观察组在对照组基础上口服红花清肝十三味丸进行治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果：观察组患者的总有效率为90.0%，对照组患者的总有效率为53.3%，观察组的总有效率显著优于对照组，P＜0.05则具备统计学意义。结论：对于糖尿病合并脂肪肝患者采用控制饮食及餐后运动的同时口服红花清肝十三味丸进行治疗，疗效显著，无明显不良反应，具有临床价值意义，可以大力推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Honghua QingganPills in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with fatty liver.Methods:60 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with fatty liver were randomlydivided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with controlled diet and exercises after meals,while the observation group was treated with Honghua Qinggan Pills based ontherapy for the control group.The clinical effects and side reactions of thetwo groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of theobservation group was 90.0%, while that of the control group was 53.3%, thetotal effective rate in the observation group was significantly better thanthat in the control group with statistical significance P＜0.05.Conclusion:Diet controlling and exercises after meals withHonghua Qinggan Pills has obvious effect on patients with diabetes mellituscomplicated with fatty liver without significant adverse reactions, which isworthy of promotion with clinical significance.
