中药注射液制剂对脑梗死疗效规范化分析

【摘  要】目的：观察中药制剂治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效，并研究其治疗的规范化。方法：对我院2012年3月1日—2014年3月31日所治疗的46例脑梗死患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各23例，观察组患者采用中药注射剂治疗，对照组的患者采用西药针剂，疗程均为3周，3个月后对其进行治疗回访，进而分析对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗后两组患者的临床表现均有所改善，与治疗前相比，存在明显的差异；观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组，P＜0.05为差异显著有统计学意义。结论：采用中药注射剂辅助脑梗死患者的治疗，效果显著，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical curative effects oftraditional Chinese medicine preparation on cerebral infarction and  study the standardization of the treatment.Methods: 46 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from 2012 to2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Each grouphad 23 cases. Patients in the observation group were treated by traditional Chinesemedicine injection and patients in the control group were treated with westernmedicine injection. The treatment course of the two groups was 3 weeks. After 3months, return visits were paid to the patients and the curative effects of thetwo groups were analyzed and compared. Results: After treatment, the clinicalmanifestations of patients of the two groups were improved. Compared withbefore treatment, obvious differences existed. The curative effect of theobservation group was significantly better than that of the control group andthe difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: The effect of traditional Chinese medicineinjection on cerebral infarction was significant, so it is worthy of clinicalapplication.
