【摘  要】目的：研究探讨冠心病支架植入术后消化道出血的临床处理等相关问题。方法：回顾性分析院内2013年5月—2015年5月100例冠心病支架植入患者的临床资料，统计分析患者出现消化道出血的发生概率及临床处理效果。结果：在100例冠心病支架植入患者中，在进行相关的药物治疗之后，6例发生消化道出血患者的症状与治疗前相比较得到了显著性改善，P＜0.05，差异显著具有统计学意义。结论：冠心病支架植入术后消化道出血的发生概率较大，需要加强后期针对性的治疗，减轻消化道出血引发的各种并发症。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical management ofthe patients with coronary heart disease after the implantation of digestivetract hemorrhage. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 100patients with coronary stenting collected from the hospital from May 2013 toMay 2015 was done, statistical analysis of patients with gastrointestinalbleeding was done to find the probability of occurrence and the clinicaltreatment effects. Results：Out of 100 patients with coronary stent implantation6 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were significantly improved afterproviding the related drugs P<0.05,andthe difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: The incidence ofpostoperative hemorrhage in the patients with coronary stent implantation isrelatively high, so need to strengthen the targeted treatment to reduce thecomplications caused by gastrointestinal bleeding.
