频发性短暂性脑缺血（TIA）发作的临床观察

【摘  要】目的：探索小剂量尿激酶联合醒脑静治疗频发性短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效和安全性。方法：选择2008年1月—2013年1月急诊收治的频发性脑缺血发作（TIA）病人共149例，采取随机单盲分成两组，一组应用小剂量尿激酶联合醒脑静治疗71例，一组不用尿激酶其他治疗一样78例。结果：采取尿激酶联合醒脑静治疗组24 h短暂性脑缺血发作再发作者3例，1月内发生脑梗死的病例共3例且没有出血等并发症发生，未采取的治疗组24 h再发作者18例，1月内脑梗死发生病例11例。结论：小剂量尿激酶联合醒脑静能显著降低短暂性脑缺血发作的次数和脑梗死的发生率。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the efficacy andsafety of small dose of urokinase combined with Refreshing in the treatment offrequent static transient ischemic attack. Methods: 149 patients with frequentischemic attack (TIA) from January 2008 to January 2013 were randomly takenfrom emergency ward and divided into two groups. One group with 71 patients wasgiven small dose of urokinase combined with Refreshing, while the other groupwith 78 cases was treated with urokinase. Results:There were 3 cases in thetreatment group treated with small dose of urokinase combined with Refreshingin the treatment of frequent static recurrent attack, 3 cases had cerebralinfarction in a month and no any complications such as bleeding were seen,while for the other group 18 cases had recurrent attack in 24 hrs, 11 cases hadcerebral infarction in a months. Conclusion: Small dose of urokinase combinedwith Refreshing can significantly reduce the number of transient ischemicattack and the incidence of cerebral infarction.
