【摘  要】目的：探讨针刺结合中药泡洗治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2013年1月—2015年5月收治的48例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的临床资料。结果：观察组24例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者，在常规康复治疗的基础上，采用针刺结合中药泡洗治疗，总有效率为83.3%，明显高于对照组，NRS评分和Fugl-Meyer评分明显低于对照组，经比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：针刺结合中药泡洗治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果确切，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinicaleffect of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine washing and soakingon shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebal stroke. Methods: The clinical data of48 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral stroke from January 2015to May 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 24 patients with cerebralstroke shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral stroke in the observation group, onthe basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy, were given acupuncturecombined with traditional Chinese medicine washing and soaking. The totaleffective rate of the observation group was 83.3% which was significantlyhigher than that of the control group. The NRS score and Meyer-Fugl score ofthe observation group were significantly lower than those of the control groupand the difference has statistical significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: The clinical effect of acupuncture combinedwith Chinese herbal medicine washing and soaking on shoulder-hand syndromeafter cerebral apoplexy is exact. It is worthy of clinical application.
