【摘  要】目的：探讨缪刺法配合隔姜灸治疗顽固性面瘫临床效果。方法：研究对象选取我院近年来收治顽固性面瘫患者104例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（52例）和治疗组（52例），分别给予隔姜灸单用治疗和在此基础上加用缪刺法治疗；比较两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后Sunnybmok面瘫评定系统（SFGS）评分等。结果：治疗组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后SFGS评分均显著低于对照组、治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：缪刺法配合隔姜灸治疗顽固性面瘫可有效缓解临床症状体征，促进面部功能恢复，具有临床应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinicaleffects of contralateral acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion in thetreatment of intractable facial paralysis. Methods: 104 patients withintractable facial paralysis in recent years were chosen from our hospital andrandomly divided into two groups; control group (52 patients) for whom gingermoxibustion treatment used alone and treatment group (52 patients)for whomcontralateral acupuncture method was used on the basis of control group. Theclinical efficacy and Sunnybmok facial paralysis assessment system score (SFGS)before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results: The clinicaleffect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the controlgroup(P＜0.05). The SFGS scores of treatment groupafter treatment were significantly better than those of the control group andbefore treatment(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Contralateral acupuncturecombined with ginger moxibustion can efficiently relieve clinical symptoms andsigns and promote the recovery process of facial function in the treatment ofintractable facial paralysis.
