【摘  要】目的：研究分析中西医结合治疗各种恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析我院于2014年—2015年收治的100例恶性肿瘤患者的病历资料，随机的分为对照组和治疗组，各50例。对照组实施常规西医治疗，治疗组在常规西医的基础上结合中药进行治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组患者生活质量评分（89.56±3.7）分高于观察组（76.5±2.8）分，P＜0.05。对照组患者的转移率（30.0%）大于治疗组患者的转移率（10.0%），P＜0.05。对照组患者的不良反应发生率（10.0%）明显高于治疗组患者临床不良反应发生率（2.0%），P＜0.05。结论：恶性肿瘤实施中西医结合治疗，临床疗效显著，有效改善生活质量，恶性肿瘤转移率低，并发症少，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the clinical value of integratedtreatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of variousmalignant tumors. Methods: A retrospective analysis of medical data of 100 patientswith of malignant tumor in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 wasmade. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup, with 50 cases in each Group. The control group received the routinetreatment of western medicine. The treatment group, based on routine westernmedicine, received traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The clinicalcurative effects of the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results: Thelife quality score of the treatment group (89.5±63.7) was significantly higher than that (76.5±2.8) of the control group, P＜0.05. The metastatic rate of the controlgroup (30.0%) was higher than that of the treatment group (10.0%), P＜0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions of the control group (10.0%) wassignificantly higher than that of the treatment group (2.0%), P＜0.05. Conclusion:Treating malignant tumor by integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and westernmedicine can improve the clinical curative effect, and life quality, reduce themetastatic rate and the incidence of complications, so it is worthy of clinicalapplication and promotion.
